F&H Construction: from two mobile numbers and a Facebook page to a website that brings the enquiries in
Ben and Adam run F&H Construction (Oxon) Ltd, a two-man building firm covering Oxfordshire: roofing, carpentry, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping and repairs. They have 22 years on the tools between them and customers who recommend them. None of that was visible to anyone who didn't already know them.
fandhconstruction.co.uk ↗Where they started
- No website, no domain and no hosting.
- No Google Business Profile, and no reviews anywhere except Facebook.
- Two personal mobile numbers as the business line.
- A logo, a folder of phone photos of finished jobs, and no written content.
They asked for something simple that looked like them, showed their work, and got people to get in touch.
What we built
The website
fandhconstruction.co.uk went live just over three weeks after they filled in the onboarding form. It has a page for each of their seven services, an about page on Ben and Adam, an FAQ and a contact page, all written for them from scratch.
Their work, written up
Each job has its own page with their photos and what was done. There are 22 so far, and new ones go on as they finish them.
Their customers' words
Their Facebook recommendations are published word for word.
One business number
A local 01993 number rings both their phones at once, and whoever is free picks up.
Enquiries that land
The contact form goes straight into their CRM, creates a card on their pipeline, and sends both of them a text and an email.
Found on Google
We set up their Google Business Profile, verified the site with Google and Bing, and built it so search engines and AI assistants can read exactly who they are and what they do.
The compliance side
There are privacy and cookie notices, and a consent banner that loads no tracking until a visitor says yes.
Built to be quick on a phone
The site is checked against a page-weight limit every time it is updated.
What they have now
A business that looks as established online as it is on site, with one number, one place every enquiry lands, and a site that is kept current. Since launch they have had a steady flow of online enquiries coming in.
